Jan Saudek (nar.: 13. mája 1935, Praha) je český umelecký fotograf, maliar a spisovateľ. Patrí medzi nejznámejších českých umeleckých fotografov. Jeho práca ovplyvnila celosvetovü fotografiu. Väčšinu svojich prác Jan Saudek ručne koloruje. Uznanie sa mu v komunistickom Československu nedostalo, zato bol často vystavovaný a publikovaný v zahraničí. V dobe socialistického režimu bol Jan Saudek za svoju víziu režimom stíhaný a perzekuovaný. Jan Saudek je rytíierom Radu umenia a literatúry, boli o ňom natočené dokumentárne, a dokonce hrané filmy, jeho práce sú vystavované na všetkých kontinentoch.
